TrolMaster Environmental Control Systems: Miscellaneous Controls
The DSC-1 CO2 control/device module allow the user to easily connect and control standard supplemental CO2 devices or CO2 exhaust controls to the Hydro-x. This module allows control of any CO2 device under the world voltage standard (100-240 VAC, 50/60 Hz), up to 10-amps.
The DSP-1 program device module (timer module) works like a multi-function timer. The DSP-1 allows the user to easily connect any device that needs to be controlled by TIME to the Hydro-x. The DSP-1 allows control of any device under the world voltage standard (100-240 VAC, 50/60 Hz), up to 10-amps.
The DCC-1 provides a simple solution to control a single device, with more than one condition. For example, people like to turn on their exhaust fans when either temp or humidity is too high; shut off CO2 when turn on exhaust fans. There are many other examples where two conditions can be either combined or split. The DCC-1 is designed to be used in combination with one of TrolMaster’s plug-in style module. (DSC-1, DSH-1/2, DST-1/2, DSP-1/2, DSV-1 and DSD-1). Once connected to the plug-in module using the RJ12 cable built-into the DCC-1, the DCC-1 will act in concert with that plug-in module to control whatever device is connected to the plug-in module.
The TSH-1 Temperature / Humidity Station is a 0-10 volt analog output control station that works with the HCS-1, HCS-2 and HCS-3 controllers. The TSH-1 can be configured to control either a temperature or a humidity device that requires a variable 0-10 volt input signal. The TSH-1 is capable of controlling variable speed fans, vents or any other device that accepts a 0-10 volt input. It features separate day and night “idle” speed settings built-into the TSH-1 as well as separate Day / Night setpoints accessed through the HCS controller.
The DSV-1 is a low-voltage output module that can be used on the Hydro-X and Aqua-X controllers. The DSV-1 can be addressed to be used as a temperature, humidity, CO2, or timer device module. Multiple voltage outputs are selectable by the user. The DSV-1 can output either 12 or 24 VDC up to .5 amps, or 12 or 24 VAC up to 4.8VA. Once the module is configured it will activate the low-volt device wired to the DSV-1. This allows the user to directly connect low-voltage devices such as solenoids, valves, audio visual alarms or any other device that requires 12 to 24-volt AC or DC power to operate. *By pressing and holding the top button on the DSV-1, users can manually override the module and turn it ON / OFF.
The DSP-2 program device module (timer module) works like a multi-function timer. The DSP-1 allows the user to easily connect any device that needs to be controlled by TIME to the Hydro-x. The DSP-2 allows control of any device under the world voltage standard (100-240 VAC, 50/60 Hz), up to 10-amps.
The Delta-1 is one of the possible variable-frequency drive (VFD) that can be used with Trolmaster's VFD-1 module. The Delta-1 and the VFD-1 can be used with the TrolMaster Hydro-X Pro system to control the speed of 3-phase AC motors (industrial fans etc.). An RJ45 cable is included for connecting the Delta-1 with the TrolMaster VFD-1 module. This customized version has all the required parameters preset and ready to be operated with VFD-1 module straight out of the box. *VFD drives can only operate 3 phase fans / motors. Single phase motors cannot be used with the VFD-1 or the Delta-1 VFD drive.
VFD-1 Variable Frequency Drive is specifically designed to control Inverters including TECO E510, DELTA ME300, ABB ACS355 (with an FMBA-01 module) etc. with the Hydro-X Pro controller for the purpose of controlling and adjusting the speed of industrial fans in your application. There is no need to provide power supply for the VFD-1 unit. It can be connected to the Hydro-X Pro with a simple RJ12 phone cable.
The OM-8 dry contact board allows the main controller to control up to 8 individual outputs on it. It is specially designed for the Hydro-X Pro and Aqua-X Pro system. It has 8 individual electrical contacts, and allows up to 12 Amp current through each contact. *The OM-8 should be mounted inside an electric control cabinet, and connected to a power supply between 100-240 VAC. *When used with the Aqua-X Pro system, OM-8 can activate pumps/solenoids at a higher amperage of 12 A.
