BioSafe BioMat Boot Sanitation Pad

BioSafe BioMat Boot Sanitation Pad helps control plant and human pathogens when used in conjuction with BioSafe Systems’ products at facility entryways and in work spaces. As workers step on the BioMat, the sanitizing solution cleans the soles of footwear, reducing the risk of cross-contamination.

Product Rates:

SaniDate® 5.0
For disinfection, use 0.5-2.2 fl. oz./1 gallon of water.

ZeroTol® 2.0
Prevent the tracking and spread of dirt and microorganisms with 1:100-1:170 or 11/4-3/4 fl. oz./1 gallon of water.

Fill the BioMat with 2 gallons of diluted solution. For ease of filling, gently pull the corners inward to create a crease near the center.  Use high range PAA test strips 2-4 times a day to maintain desired ppm range based on foot traffic (220-1,000 ppm).  Change daily, or as sanitary conditions dictate.  Expunge excess used chemistry, wash with soap to remove gross contaminants, and rinse with a high pressure spray prior to adding new chemistry.
